Carrying on Manufacturing Tradition through the Preservation of Time-Honored Techniques

In the production of precision molds, blocks of metal must be fabricated into complex shapes with a micron or submicron accuracy. Our master craftsmen carefully hone and finish each mold with fluent command over ultramodern fabrication instruments. Final precise measurements lead to the completion of a high-grade precision mold. Despite the ever-improving performance of production equipment, the manufacturing process still requires the highly proficient skills and dedication to creating better molds that our artisans possess.

At Canon Mold, we carry on manufacturing tradition through creativity and the preservation of sophisticated tried-and-true techniques that make up our DNA, which unites master artisans recognized for their talent by the public at large with the next generation. These countless techniques make up the foundation of our precision molds.
