Some customers may demand a high dimensional accuracy not only for a metal part but also for a molded component. By comparing dimensional data obtained from multiple molded components, it is possible to quickly determine the values needed for correction or calibration. Canon Mold is well-equipped to meet such demands.

Vacuum thermal processing equipment

To maintain vacuum quenching conditions that are suitable for the raw materials used as mold components, we have established a dedicated vacuum quenching facility and have been collecting data on quenching conditions for future use. By taking advantage of these data and expertise, we can create an environment to derive the best metallic properties for our molds.
