History

April 1969 Igari Mold Manufacturing is established by Masaomi Igari (founder) in Katsushika-ku, Tokyo.
November 1972 Igari Mold Co., Ltd. is established.
November 1978 Head Office Factory is moved to Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture
March 2004 lgari Mold Co., Ltd. becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon Inc.
Tsuyoshi Yasuoka is appointed President and Representative Director.
January 2007 lgari Mold Co., Ltd. is integrated with the mold divisions of Canon Inc. and Canon Chemicals, Inc., and the company name is changed to Canon Mold Co., Ltd.
Two-site operational structure consisting of Tomobe Site (Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture) and Ami Site (Ami Town, Ibaraki Prefecture) commences.
April 2009 Yoichi Tomotsune is appointed President and Representative Director.
March 2018 Norihisa Saito is appointed President and Representative Director.
May 2021 Head office and six factories in Tomobe area are consolidated and relocated to Kashiwai, Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
