We have implemented the following action plan to create and maintain an environment in which employees can fully exercise their abilities while balancing work and child rearing, and to become a company that helps support future generations in our local community.

Goal 1
Implement a system that strikes a balance between work and child rearing to enhance the system and improve the working environment.
Actions
Identify issues in the human resources system to realize diverse work styles, and consider and implement revisions to support a more flexible balance between work and child rearing.
Implement labor management education related to childcare and long-term care, and raise the understanding and awareness of managers to create a comfortable working environment.
Goal 2
Continue efforts to encourage greater use of paid leave and reduce of overtime work, and promote a well-balanced work style.
Actions
Regularly grasp the status of paid leave acquisition, encourage employees to take paid leave through managers, and promote the acquisition of planned paid leave.
The "Working Style Reform Promotion Committee" by labor and management consider and implement specific measures to reduce the total actual working hours.
Goal 3
Contribute to society by conducting activities for local children, who represent the next generation.
Actions
Continue carrying out contribution activities for local regions, including factory tours for employees' families and students of local elementary, junior high and high schools.
Continue active recruitment and internship for local communities.
