Action Plan for Women's Participation and Advancement
To create a work environment in which female employees can demonstrate their full potential, we have implemented the following action plan.

2. Content of the Action Plan
Goals 1
- Raise the percentage of female hires to 20% or more.
Actions
- Set policies and goals to increase the hiring rate of women.
- Organizing women-focused recruitment seminars and internship programs.
Goals 2
- Raise the percentage of female employees at the assistant manager and chief level or above to 17% or more.
Actions
- Participation in management training programs for women and networking opportunities with female employees from other companies.
- Raise awareness of diversity management including promotion of women's advancement for managers.
