Action Plan for Women's Participation and Advancement
To create a work environment in which female employees can demonstrate their full potential, we have implemented the following action plan.

2. Content of the Action Plan
Goals 1
- Raise the percentage of female hires to 20% or more.
Actions
- Set policies and goals to increase the hiring rate of women.
- Active public relations to job seekers about the workplace where women can play an active role.
Goals 2
- Raise the average number of years in continuous employment for female workers to 85% or more than that of men.
Actions
- Provide information during prenatal leave, postnatal leave and childcare leave.
- Raise awareness of work-life balance and diversity management including promotion of women's advancement for managers.
